When we started building this home, we knew we wanted to focus our money and attention on the kitchen because of the amount of time we spend here. Cooking and cleaning and cooking and cleaning. And all the baking.
From day one, I’ve always brought the kids into the kitchen with me because I want them to grow up learning the art of cooking and baking {and cleaning}. Yes, it may take longer to make something and it’s definitely a whole lot messier, but I feel like that’s where they learn the most.
Do you let your littles help in the kitchen or do you prefer to have it a kid-free zone?
