Growing up as a New England girl, I always felt the pull in my heart towards The South.
I dreamed of homes with pillars on the front, fireflies at dusk, lemonade in mason jars, and country music playing somewhere in the background.
It was probably just CMT’s Top Country Countdown influencing me. But now that I call Nashville home and it’s truly starting to feel like it, I can’t help but feel that those dreams were just a glimpse of living in a place I’ve always loved.
