
This past month has been weird. So many emotions and feelings popping up left and right and without warning. When that starts to happen, I find that getting back to journaling and writing everything out helps me to breathe and process better.

Yes, this photo is semi-staged in that I took it via timer to capture my actual journaling, but Wyatt’s creepy leftover birthday balloon imperfectly (or perfectly?) floated right in the shot and I about died after I saw this photo. Today I’m feeling grateful for belly laughs!
